Kanczugowski Family
The restaurant was opened with the vision to provide our customers with a relaxed dining experience and menu featuring specialty Polish foods and drinks. The name Sebi’s comes from the nickname of the owner’s, Kamila and Mirek, oldest son Sebastian. It is run by the younger son Daniel with Kamila as the head chef. The menu is inspired by Kamila Kanczugowski who originally is from Poland. She started her culinary experience in Poland, further expanding it in Italy, and finally getting her culinary degree in Seattle.
